In 2020, COMTELL was entirely redesigned to enhance and bring ease to the user experience. In the past two years we have increased the size of our marketing reporting staff across all proteins to ensure our customers the best service. We have also created a variety of new roles in each department as well as initiating plant protein ingredient quotations to COMTELL. Below I will breakdown all the improvements that have been made to COMTELL as well as the improvements we have made in each protein sector.

• Excel Add in to automatically stream data into Excel spreadsheets (premium service)
• Launch of the brand-new insights section on COMTELL which provides a more immersive experience including regular podcasts, video updates

• 68 new quotes added to imported beef coverage to reflect material that will deliver 46-90 days into the future
• UK Beef Market- added coverage includes wholesale spot prices for primal cuts, sub-primal cuts,
UK offal items, and the cutout pending in 2021
• Added data to COMTELL showing top importers for beef / pork / lamb / veal by month
• Undergoing audit with BDO to ensure quotes are alighted with IOSCO guidelines. This means that management systems and processes are in place to produce quotes that best reflect market assessments per methodology
• Initiated African Swine Fever coverage
• Added FSIS Imported Beef Quantities by type
• Added trade flows for beef and pork from major trading partners
• Added UK beef imports and exports
• Brazil and China specific trade flow reports added
Argentinian-produced boneless beef and cuts is now included in the South American market coverage
