In the Imported Beef Market report, the changes feature the inclusion of Brazilian-produced cuts in the South American category, which previously included only material from Uruguay and Argentina. This addition will provide for a more robust volume of market and transactional data from which to base market coverage. Uruguay and Argentina origins will continue to be listed separately from Brazil due to variances in price between the origins. 

Additionally, a weekly quotation has been added to reflect market and transactional data for Mexican-produced 90% boneless beef FOB Laredo USA. This quote is published in both the Imported Beef Market report and the weekly Mexican Beef Market report under export items.

Additionally, the Mexican Beef market has extended coverage to include material to deliver 30 days from the date of negotiation from the previous 14 days. This allows for the inclusion of product that is negotiated to deliver for the upcoming month, which we commonly encounter in our market canvass. 

Finally, the Mexican Beef Market report will now be released on Monday, 12:00 noon US Eastern Time as much product is transacted later in the week and this change allows for a greater sample of data to be collected and included in the price assessment.
