ANALYSIS: January Pork Cold Storage Update
Friday, 25 February 2022In the most recent USDA cold storage data, end-January pork stocks were reported at 428.5 million pounds, an increase of 8.1% from December but the lowest level for that month going back to at least 1999. The report showed pork holdings 6.3% below the year-ago figure.
