1. Huge Jump in Eggs
Large egg prices are currently retailed $4.48 per dozen, which is $1.65, or 58.30% more from this week a year ago's retail price at $2.83 per dozen.

2. Decrease in Fresh Ground Beef
Fresh ground beef is currently retailed at $4.28 per pound, which is $0.49, or 10.27% less than this week last year's retail price of $4.77 per pound.

3. Lobster Prices Rise
Lobster 4 oz. tails are retailed this week at $31.97 per pound. This is $8, or 33.38% higher than this week a year ago's retail price of $23.97 per dozen.

4. Atlantic Salmon Sees a Drop
Atlantic salmon this week is retailed at $8.55 per pound. This is $0.21, or 2.40% lower than this week a year ago's retail price, which was at $8.76 per pound.

5. Pork Chops Go Up
This week, pork chops are retailed at $3.70 per pound. This is $0.45, or 13.85% more than this week last year's retail price of $3.25 per pound.
