Getting the turkey you want for Thanksgiving may be tricky due to supply-chain issues, avian flu, and soaring inflation. This holiday season seems to be a tough time for turkeys. 

Urner Barry's senior vice president, Russ Whitman, told The New York Times that shoppers will find a turkey, but probably not the one they really want.
